Lisa Armstrong Every associate is top notch. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. My engagement ring and two wedding bands were purchased at this store. And I am definitely going to be a lifelong customer for any future purchases. The only downside, I wish they had an in-store shop for repairs. I have issues with my ring finger knuckle and its been a process trying to get the sizing right. And having to part with my rings for 10-14 days. No fault of the associates! I just think there is definitely a need for repairs to be done locally at the store.

Not only is Lauren friendly and helpful, she is extremely knowledgeable in what she does. Both my husband & I highly recommend to go to Lauren for any jewelry needs, but definitely run don’t walk to get your wedding rings from her!! 10/10 always!!

They even offered to give me back the gold they removed from the ring, such a thoughtful gesture. I gave it back as a tiny thank-you for getting the job done so quickly and beautifully.

Charles Stickler I met Marc & Ashley a few weeks back at Gun Show in Melbourne, At the time I, was wanting to make sure my gun was complient wth federal laws as to brace. Also, asked if they did FFl NFA and she said yes. Ashley said come to shop after a few days due to schedule of events they were going to and I said great. Arrived at store and showed them weapon and they said It was not illegal and I didnt need one. So! after thinking about I caa=lled and Shley helped me with applying for stamp and took pics needed as well as finger prints to send with application. I am not cell phone vs in taking pic and computer. Ashley said no problem and we were done in jus over 30 mins to hour. I strongly recommed Aurora Armory as they are very knowledgeable anr are really great peple to deal with as I strongly recommend them for all you needs with ammo to ATF fillings.

I asked Gretchen Anderson for help in designing an anniversary ring for my wife that included very modest family stones passed down and she did an amazing job. To be clear this was not a big high dollar project but a very modest piece. She was so helpful and it turned out perfect!
