June Tanya helped us out. She did a very great job at helping us and figuring out which wedding band was a good look for our engagement ring. Very respectful and very nice. We didn’t have to wait at all. She helped us right when we came in. I recommend asking for her when you come to look at rings thank you!!

Kathleen McLean I am so impressed with Allen’s Jewelers I need to express my gratitude. Mary Ann took the knot out of the chain of a necklace for me. She then gave me a jewelry box and arranged the necklace so it won’t get knotted when I send it in the mail. To my surprise she didn’t charge me for the repair or for the box. I am so thankful to her. While I was waiting I looked at such beautiful pieces of jewelry. The next time I buy fine jewelry Allen’s will be the only place I consider. Peter Umholtz This is actually part of a small flea market, however given the fact that it is small it is still well-stocked, even with home appliances large flat screen TVs and a wide variety of tools in electronics and bikes, all the vendors were very friendly, and willing deal and barter and their prices were very agreeable, overall it was an enjoyable visit and I plan on going back next weekend.

Andrew Thompson I first came in to sell some jewelry after looking at reviews online. The staff was polite and after agreeing on a price made the process easy and enjoyable. I have been in a couple of times to sell, and have had a positive experience each time.

Carson Vazquez I had the absolute pleasure of having Erica T. help me with an engagement ring purchase back in April 2025. She was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. I spent a good amount of time comparing different stones, bands, designs, etc., and Erica was patient through it all. I opted for a custom ring per her suggestion to take the single center stone from one ring and put it as the center stone in another band that contained side stones. The ring was ready for pickup less than two weeks later and it turned out beautifully. Fast forward to June, I planned out the proposal. I took my now fiancé up to one of our favorite spots while we were on vacation, the Blue Ridge Parkway. While we were stopped enjoying one of the many views, I got down on one knee with the mountains surrounding us and popped the question, it was perfect. She said yes and was completely in love with her ring. I appreciate everything Erica did for me to have a proper ring to propose with. I recommend any and all to KAY jewelers, as I was very pleased with the entire experience. I promised I’d leave a review for you Erica, so although a few months late, I didn’t forget :). Edgardo Diaz Exceeded all my expectations. This watch didn’t work for two years due to corrosion from water damage and it was yellow when I took it to the store. Jason took his time repairing and restoring the watch to it’s original form. His attention to detail is top-notch. I highly recommend his services.

Angie Roberts We had a wonderful experience at this shop. Pam was great, served us rum punch and showed us all the unique items in the shop. We ended up purchasing the Inis body lotion and body butter after sampling, this trip, but plan on stopping in again to get some more treasures.
