derek powell THIS GUY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! My wife dropped off her family heirloom for me to have a necklace made for my birthday. She told J to do whatever he thinks I would like and I LIKE. It took some time to source the right necklace and I understood his hands were tied as far as availability and a third party involved, He was transparent from the get go. Being from the service industry I know the importance of customer satisfaction and dealing with unrealistic expectations. He did the best he could and made it happen. STOKED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Richard was an extremely professional individual and I felt he really gave us his fullest attention from when we walked into the store until we left.
