Amy I went in here about 2 weeks ago and wanted to leave a review. The place was very nice and clean and the gentleman that was working was incredibly friendly and kind. I brought in a sentimental necklace that I always wear that was broke. He fixed it for me at no charge. I offered to pay but he kindly declined. I have already recommended this establishment to my family and friends and will definitely be back to shop and to have any batteries replaced in our watches or jewelry repaired. I highly recommend! NEZHA OULD SLIMANE Adam & Nancy Jewelry store is by far the best jewelry store in the U.S. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely excited to help you find the perfect piece. Melissa Maneri I walked into Dover Jewelry disappointed with prior appraisals on a ring - they were honest, said it was worth a little more they what I was told, and said they would do their best..... 48 hours later and it was sold for double it was appraised for! Ive also had a set of earrings and a different ring fixed (lost diamonds) and it was fixed perfectly, quickly, and affordably. The Dover Team was welcoming, communicative, and knowledgeable every time Ive come to them. They have exquisite taste and you can tell by their inventory (and the team :-). Shane, Ally, & Paola, thank you for all your help - I will be back and continue to refer friends and colleagues!

Savannah Afu Super friendly and helpful staff. I got a customized bracelet and it’s absolutely adorable. The sterling silver is very nice but it does scratch easily so be careful.
