1 /5 Oscar Surun: Very very disappointed bought a gold chain it had a lil dent did not think anything of it because I really felt good at the place go back one month later VICTOR says he can only give me 25% of what I paid because it’s damaged what a snake super disappointed I even said can I change it he said 50 dollars more if I buy what a jerk shady guy be aware !!!!

5 /5 Philip Flores: We went in to get my gf ring resized. Originally, they had the audacity to insult my intelligence and say they didnt have any gold to make ring bigger 2 sizes. We were about to leave when Victor asked us if we needed any help I said today was our 3yr anniversary and she really wanted to wear her new ring on our day. He went into the back and came out saying we can do it today! I was so excited as was my gf. We sat down and waited and let me tell you, the old jeweler did his thing it looked fantastic when he was done. My girl was so happy and we left to enjoy the rest of our anniversary. A special shout out to Victor thank you so much for making our anniversary special!

Everyone is very helpful specially Aurora, she had great attention to detail and helped me get the right one for me. What’s even better she offered me great credit options.
