I would guess half of these bad reviews I seen on here 100% faults by my experiences dealing here over eight years. People go out of the Ray to write bad things, but don’t go out of your way to gift credit and this lady deserves her credit. If Santa shops here, so should you!!

I went to sell something, ended up buying something and getting a better deal then what the tag originally was. Blaine was helpful, knowledgeable and really sympathetic. Lux DeeLight Kinsey I stopped by Kay jewelers to get what I thought was a new battery for my vintage watch. Dina immediately warmly greeted me when I walked in the store and asked how she could help. She was very complementary of my watch and took it back to see about changing the battery. When she returned, she explained the battery is old-fashioned and it does not need a battery. She kindly impatiently explain how the watch worked So now I can confidently wear my vintage watch and keep it working. She didn’t charge me anything for her services, and gave me a thorough explanation of the features. She was able to identify on my vintage watch. My day is brighter And I’m more knowledgeable because of Dina.
