A few days later I went back with my finance to have it resized and we met Eli. We were absolutely blown away with Eli’s attention to detail and thorough explanation of the process from beginning to end, including examination of the diamond to taking photos and the ensuring we get the same ring back after resizing. Kathie was great and Eli absolutely went above and beyond! A++, thank you so much!
