DeAnne Carter 5 stars is NOT enough! Haley & her staff @ Hometown Jewelry & Loan are absolutely amazing! Haley is one of the most talented jewelry designers and I absolutely adore her. She helped my husband surprise me with a gorgeous custom made 5 carat diamond ring as a “15 year upgrade” from my original wedding set & it is the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen! The sentiment and meaning behind every single detail in this ring is just perfection! I was a huge fan of Haley & HJL before & had several pieces from them, but now they’re stuck with me for good! I needed my platinum wedding rings resized and did not want to leave them with just anyone. They helped me immediately, sized my finger, told me the exact process to make the bands larger, and gave me the approximate price for the job. Even better, they gave me a 7-10 day turnaround. Well, in just 7 days flat (and on my birthday to boot), they had my rings ready and looking like they did over 20 years ago! The price was exactly as quoted and was reasonable for the job, especially since they had to add platinum to all 3 rings. Will definitely be back for all my jewelry and watch needs!

Barbara Urban Shopping and buying here was the best experience ever! Laura is amazing. My husband wanted to purchase an eternity ring for my birthday. We spent an hour with Laura trying all the styles and discussing. I settled on a ring that was sent to me. She told me if I wasnt happy I could exchange. She was right - I didnt love it. Back we went to meet with Laura again. She is so patient and has so much knowledge. We adjusted the carat size and bought a stacking emerald cut too! There was credits and all sorts of admin to take care of and Laura was thorough that afteroon. I love both of my rings. They are very special. I would recommend the beautiful products and Laura as a guide with your purchases.

Laila Rubinstein Very lovely and sweet lady. Durable and reasonablely priced. I love how each piece has a story, really gives it depth. I bought these rings years apart (you can tell I have a certain taste, but she has many options). I bought the chain with the pendant and wear them both daily. No regrets and will be back again.
