Donna went above and beyond to help me find my keeled piece, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable every step of the way, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. Their friendly attitudes and genuine care really stood out and made the entire process enjoyable. I left feeling so happy with my purchase and extremely appreciative of the outstanding customer service they provided. Thank you, Jared Store and Donna, for making this such a positive experience! Nicole Simpers Hey all! I was lucky enough to get engaged in KW recently. My finance did not buy from this establishment, however the ring he purchased was a litttttle too large. The worst thing that could happen would be to lose it, so we happened into this shop. The owners were so, SO kind, and happily helped me to a ring wrap to secure my new bling. They stock was lovely, and had I not just received a new piece of jewelry, I would have purchased from them anyways. Shout out to these people who gave away to a stranger on a special day!!

sandra samaan We had such a great experience at Keno Brothers Jewelers. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by two adorable fur babies. Then we met Bruce-he was super friendly, and easy to talk to. We went in to sell some gold, already having a price in mind, but Bruce actually offered us more than we expected. He took the time to explain how gold pricing works and he gave us some great info on diamonds and watches too. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking to sell or buy. If you are in the market for a new watch this place should be at the top of your list. We left feeling really good about the whole experience.

Lauree Harrison LOVE this store! The staff is so personable, knowledgeable and professional with a great selection of products! Originally went into the store to have my rings checked and cleaned as I felt some of the prongs were loose. Roy greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and not only did he make me feel welcome, he listened to my concerns - you dont find that in most places! I have already received one of my rings back and I must say, it looks and shines exactly the way it did 16 years ago! In addition, I was looking for some new pieces for an upcoming event. Not only did Roy guide me and show me all sorts of options, Jessica came over to add some additional support and another perspective. Both of them were extremely patient and even excited to help put the ensemble together for me. When I returned to the store to pick up some items, Roy was helping another customer and Christina immediately came to work with me so I didnt have to wait. Her ideas and knowledge, along with Roy and Jessicas guidance and support, were over the top. I cant wait to be able to wear my "daily rings", but to feel like a million dollars in the future with the choices they helped me with. (Trust me, Im not a fancy, big spender, but they all made me feel like I was the most important client they had that day!) Jay, congratulations on putting together such a wonderful team. I will definitely be back for normal cleaning services and for any future jewelry needs. You guys are the best!
