James Pledger No BS. Greg was awesome to deal with, contracted him to make custom engagement ring. He kept in contact every step of the way thought the design process. Even with a somewhat short deadline I needed it finished Greg crushed it and had it done early . The ring looked better than expected and was spot on with the quote. He even stopped what he was doing to fix a shabby repair on my anchor pendant from another jeweler while I waited at no cost. Will be using Cerio’s again.

Alex I absolutely LOVE this business and the people who own it! Theyre some of the most wonderful people Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. Mr. Sapp did an incredible job resizing my ring, and it was very affordable! Their jewelry is so beautiful and I cant wait to buy more pieces from them!

Kendra Johns This store is lovely and clean and Ive purchased items from here before and been very satisfied, but this post is a special mention to Hannah Grace (I hope I remembered her name correctly), who saved me from having a lost teen two weeks ago. My daughter and I switched phones and then parted ways so I could take her brother on a ride she wasnt interested in and after doing so I realized I didnt know her phone code and couldnt unlock it to be able to find her in the park afterwards. All I knew was that it was a number affiliated with her favourite book that was repeated by the main character throughout the series. Desperately I approached Hannah and told her my weird problem and she sprang into action, going to the back for a moment so she could search for the number repeated in the book series I mentioned and boom, we got into my daughters phone so I could reach out to her before panic and chaos ensued. Ill be forever grateful to Hannah for being so professional, so courteous and so kind to go out of her way to help me with something so unconventional.

Janyel Taylor We had planned on going to one of those jeweler outlet stores in Tampa since we had a budget on the middle to lower level for an engagement rings. We happened to come across Vanessas Fine Jewelry while at First Friday at Lakewood Ranch. The staff was extremely helpful and very informative. We never felt like we were pressured to buy, or that they were in a hurry to get the next customer. They have a great selection, for all budgets. We bought ours from here and absolutely love it, and it was under budget! They have custom made rings, that arent your average "box store" rings. They are stunning, and always offer free cleanings forever! Such a great local business to support!

Emma Cordrey I’ve been to Rowan twice now, four piercings there total, and my experience has always been so great. Stefanie was my nurse both times and she is incredible! She is always so patient and kind. All piercings photographed, other than the first live piercing, have been done by her. I’m obsessed! Stefanie and the rest of the staff at Rowan are wonderful and I can’t wait to go back to her for more piercings!

Amy I went in here about 2 weeks ago and wanted to leave a review. The place was very nice and clean and the gentleman that was working was incredibly friendly and kind. I brought in a sentimental necklace that I always wear that was broke. He fixed it for me at no charge. I offered to pay but he kindly declined. I have already recommended this establishment to my family and friends and will definitely be back to shop and to have any batteries replaced in our watches or jewelry repaired. I highly recommend! Caden We went in and Mrs Krystal approached us and made our entire visit the easiest and most heart warming experience ever. I’ve never laughed and enjoyed shopping so much. Westminster Edouard I was charged $200 for an extra link for my bracelet. Instead of actually adding the link, they worked the last link to lengthen it. Furthermore, they had to refund me $300 that was charged on my card as tip.
