1 /5 Alyna F: DO NOT SHOP HERE. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. THEY SOLD ME A "GOLD" CHAIN. THE NEXT DAY I FOUND OUT IT WAS FAKE, STUCK TO A MAGNET. PAWN SHOPS WOULDNT EVEN TAKE THE CHAIN! ADVERTISED TO ME AS SOLID GOLD, BUT IT WAS GOLD PLATED(I SAY THIS BEING GENEROUS). I SPENT OVER $800. AND WHEN I WENT TO RETURN IT(TWO DAYS LATER). THEY TOLD ME NO RETURNS.. HMM I WONDER WHY.. THE LADY POINTED TO A TINY SIGN AND TOLD ME THAT SHE TOLD ME NO RETURNS WHEN I BOUGHT IT, WHICH SHE NEVER DID. SHE ONLY SAID THAT I COULD COME BACK AND EXCHANGE IT IF THE PERSON I WAS BUYING IT FOR DIDNT LIKE THE LENGTH. LIED STRAIGHT TO MY FACE, TO ME. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER AND HE WAS ON VACATION SO I WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK ANOTHER TIME... I CALLED MY BANK TO REPORT FRAUD BUT COULDNT BECAUSE I USED A CHIP CARD FOR THE TRANSACTION. NOW IVE LOST MY HARD EARNED MONEY BECAUSE THESE POEPLE THINK ITS OK TO LIE AND STEAL FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE. IM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW, POSTING THIS EVERYWHERE, AND REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THIS HAS PROBABLY HAPPENED DOZENS OF TIMES BUT ITS NEVER HAPPENED TO A PERSON THAT CARES AS MUCH AS ME, ILL TELL YOU THAT! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!

1 /5 Engie Jimenez: I would give them no stars fir the review!! My husband purchased a ring for me there and paid $298 the ring broke the same day when taking out from the small box. We brought it back for the guarantee as indicated on the paper work and they declined fixing it. I took the ring to be repaired some where else and I was told the ring is not gold and the diamond is not real and the worth is $60. I filed a dispute with my bank chase and the merchant provided false documents stating the ring was fixed by them. I have documents indicating the ring is fake and I will take the merchant to small claims for forging my signature in documents for false advertisement !! Stay away from this place!!
