The staff was top-notch and spent an hour plus with us reviewing the items and giving us both a fair price, as well as education on what to do with the items which had no value. These will now be donated to a local youth group. Thanks again!!!

L P Fast and friendly service. I bought my husband a ring online that we wanted to return so we went to the local Gainesville Pandora at Oaks Mall. We were greeted by a friendly counterperson who took care of us soon after we walked in. The return was fast since I had purchased the ring on my Pandora account (highly recommend joining their free membership if you hate keeping paper receipts) and the refund went directly back to my credit card. Id return here again for additional accessories since they also have 10% off for veterans and UF employees:) thanks for a great first visit!
