5 /5 dana dye: I didn’t realize that my jeweler (Jewelry by John) had retired until I pulled into a Panama City Square. Since I only needed some links removed from a new watch and a battery for an old watch, I decided to drop in the new location of Kay’s Jewelers in the same plaza. Haleigh and Robert were so friendly and helpful, I will definitely return. I guess I found my new jeweler.

My purchase today was smooth due to her excellent expertise in jewelry and her exceptional customer service. She confidently and calmly answered all of my questions (there were many). Her knowledge in the field led to thorough responses to all of my inquiries. While talking to her I genuinely felt that she cared about my purchase. She made me feel comfortable and I did not feel like just another customer. S/O to Kailah! I will definitely make sure she assists me on my next piece.
