Ruth Janvier This jewelry store is absolutely incredible! If I’ve known about this place a few years back, I would’ve save myself money and some financial ripoff from other jewelry stores. So, I came to this store looking for a watch for my parents for the holidays. A worker named James was so helpful. He had a very kind and welcoming personality. Not only was I able to find a great deal for the watch that I came in for but I left purchasing two watches for literally an affordable price that I didn’t even think I would get. You definitely cannot go anywhere else and get service like this and a bargain out of this world. There’s also a variety of jewelry for everyone. I love it here!!!! Ten out of ten would recommend this store to a friend and I will definitely be back.

J Win “Rose” Hong was absolutely phenomenal! Her customer service was impeccable, and she maintained a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. She was so personable and sweet, making the whole experience enjoyable. I initially came in just to browse, but her genuine, no-pressure approach and fun demeanor made me want to stay and shop. Unlike my experiences at two other jewelers, Rose took the time to really listen and give me her full attention. She truly made the difference, and I ended up making a purchase thanks to her outstanding service!

It was extremely fast, and I didnt have to wait or drop it off and come back later. This was a great local, family owned business. I highly recommend this business for your next jewelry purchase. He also said they do custom work for one of a kind piece you want for yourself or your partner.

Key West Ted We searched the island for the best jewelry store with the best selection and are so glad we ended up at Bliss Jewelers. We decided to purchase an anniversary gift for each other and could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, Manoj and his team made us feel welcome and completely at ease. The environment was relaxed and stress-free. We were encouraged to try on as many items as we liked, and never once felt pressured to buy or rushed in any way. At one point, they even offered us a drink, which made the experience feel that much more personal and enjoyable. In the end, we walked out with exactly what we wanted, and the memory of this visit will always stay with us. They helped me pick out the perfect diamond and design an anniversary ring that was beyond expectations. My wife is over the moon.
