Marla Ottenstein A friend of a friend, of a friend told me about H.M. Rose Jewelry (formally Kristoff Jewelers). From the moment I met Michael, I knew I had stumbled upon a gem (excuse the pun). Michael, and his wife, Margie, are wonderful people. When Michael designs a piece, the project becomes personal and the results prove it. I had a ring, necklace and earrings, all of which were from grandmothers, great grandmothers and my mom, and all of which were not being worn. He is a genius! Ive attached a photo of the necklace he created for me, as well as a photo of some gold hoops he made to match a similar pair I already had in silver. I trust him explicitly and have returned several times to have him up-cycle things I wasnt using. Ive referred numerous clients and friends to H.M. Rose Jewelry. Everyone calls to tell me how pleased they are with the superlative customer service and with their jewelry.

B S Very polite, professional and enjoyable to talk to. I spoke to the owners wife for about 5 or so minutes and I enjoyed our conversation and the assistance she was able to provide for me. I’m not too familiar with jewelry, gems or anything of this sort and I’m entering a world that is unknown to me, she was very professional and understanding with telling me about her products and that her husband and her would be able to work and explain anything needed for what they currently had on display or if I wanted to inquire for any custom jewelry. Truly professional and I plan on doing business with them in the near future. From a standpoint of someone who collects coins and gems for collection sake, I can appreciate the face value of perfect customer service and customer care. Thanks again for your time! anna gordon Whenever I visit Fishermens Village, I definitely make a stop at Dana Tyler Jewelry. This fabulous shop offers a variety of affordable jewelry and accessories. Many have a nautical theme. I especially love the basket of novelty rings on the counter! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Worth a stop and shop!

Jil Shingledecker I had a costume ring that I absolutely loved but, because it was costume, it started to turn on me. I went to Alexis at Kirsikka and asked if he could replicate to a sterling silver version to avoid tarnish. Not only did he recreate my beautiful "Sex and the City" style ring, he made it even better! I would highly recommend him for custom pieces, and just general jewelry/gift needs. He is an extremely creative jeweler and has stunning pieces to choose from. I also overheard another client discussing how she will only bring her repairs to Alexis. Thank you for such a fabulous piece; something I will cherish forever and get so many compliments on!!

lexiburk Chase has been an absolute pleasure to work with when it came to getting my jewelry repaired. Very grateful for him to be so knowledgeable and letting me know I need to stop wearing my jewelry while working because I’m making them weak. As heartbreaking as that is I’m glad informed me. Deanna Butts I was a little afraid of shopping online for an upgrade to my engagement ring, but Venazia was awesome. My person, Nathalie, was extremely helpful and kept me updated the entire time. I designed my own ring and Nathalie helped me thru the design process and sent me mock ups. The fit was perfect and the outcome was perfect! I absolutely loved the rings!! Thank you, Nathalie!! Update - I’ve lost some weight and I needed my ring to be resided by a quarter size. While at that, I wanted a few changes to the ring after living in it for a few months. Nathalie, once again, was amazing! She worked with me to get the perfect fit and make the little changes that I wanted to my ring. I cannot express gratification enough! Updated photos are attached!

He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to walk me through everything clearly. On top of that, he shared some of his incredible Rolex collection, which was a real treat to see!
