5 /5 Marla Ottenstein: A friend of a friend, of a friend told me about H.M. Rose Jewelry (formally Kristoff Jewelers). From the moment I met Michael, I knew I had stumbled upon a gem (excuse the pun). Michael, and his wife, Margie, are wonderful people. When Michael designs a piece, the project becomes personal and the results prove it. I had a ring, necklace and earrings, all of which were from grandmothers, great grandmothers and my mom, and all of which were not being worn. He is a genius! Ive attached a photo of the necklace he created for me, as well as a photo of some gold hoops he made to match a similar pair I already had in silver. I trust him explicitly and have returned several times to have him up-cycle things I wasnt using. Ive referred numerous clients and friends to H.M. Rose Jewelry. Everyone calls to tell me how pleased they are with the superlative customer service and with their jewelry.

5 /5 Landon: I chose to work with H.M Rose because I was caught up in the “salesmanship vibe” from chain jewelry store in search of an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I went in to this experience knowing nothing about diamonds or engagement rings at all, and after 7 trips to chains I had no luck, and felt like they were just pushing a sale. I finally came across H.M Rose and immediately felt as if they were as invested in the experience as I was. This husband and wife team have been in the business for years and it shows in the quality of there work. Willing to answer any question I had regarding the customization of our ring at any time of the day or night. Timeline was a worry of mine and they exceeded my expectations seamlessly. We both look forward to working with them again in the future.

At our first meeting, they walked us through all the different options and considerations for Cad design, metal type, stone type, etc. They really listened to what would suite our lifestyles and guided us in terms of practicality, integrity, and cost of the design elements. They made themselves available at all hours of the day to communicate with them and to schedule in person visits outside of their regular business hours. They were extremely fair in terms of negotiating the best prices for us and adjusting details until we were 100% satisfied. Overall, we felt they were invested in us as people and made the entire experience a positive part of our wedding planning. We now have 2 gorgeous, personally designed wedding bands with custom white jade stones that mean so much to us, and we can’t thank Michael and Marg enough!
