Faviola Martin We had such an amazing experience at Askew Jewelers and trusted them with refurbishing a family heirloom. My grandfather was given this ring as a gift from my grandmother during his service is World War ll. The ring was handed down to my father, then to me when I entered the military. The ring suffered quite a bit of damage over the decades. Askew Jewelers worked their magic and made a 80 year old ring look brand new again. Our son recently graduated from college and joined the US Army as an Officer. It was an absolute honor to present him with this ring. We couldn’t have done it without your Team!! Thank you

Kristen Danielle I have always held a deep appreciation for fine jewelry. I often admired my grandmothers simple yet stunning engagement and wedding rings, which she always said would one day be passed to me. Last year, that cherished promise was fulfilled. When I saw the rings, I immediately wanted to wear them and confidently placed my trust in Kathein Jewelers. Their craftsmanship not only met but significantly surpassed my expectations (picture shown below). I am profoundly grateful for their outstanding work. Thank you just doesnt seem to be enough.

I originally came to this shop to have some links taken out of my PRX and have it adjusted. Mariano was kind enough to have this service done for me free of charge even though I didn’t purchase from him. We had a nice talk about watches, its like Ive known him for years! What a great person to talk to. I would recommend this shop to anyone thats looking for a great selection of watches / jewelry + 10/10 customer service.

Laura Mendelsohn I have found my favorite jeweler! I went to have a necklace untangled and they did it for free. I bought a bracelet, and they made earrings out of the extra links. Definitely, stellar service and merchandise.

Sapp Michael (MikePlaysIt) The only pawn shop I would ever go to. Everywhere else you will simply encounter the typical abrasive "pawn shop guy", but not here. They are actually extremely respectful, and if you cant come to a price that you both agree on they dont act as if you just kicked sand in their face. The owner and the workers are also really great people and they have good morals, unlike some that you come across in pawn shops....And just a bit of extra information, and what some people dont ever seem to understand, when you operate a business that essentially buys products to resell them (if necessary in the case of pawns), you CANT go offering a "great" buy price on an item right up front. You always make the lowest offer and work from there. Not to mention its not as if when you sell them your item, the second you walk out the door they are able to sell it off to someone else and be done with it. They have to have room for it or they have to display it, they turn into the salesman and it could be the longest time until it gets sold again, if ever. Not to mention some people just think that their items have WAY more value than they do. "I payed 500 for such and such new! Why cant you give me 400?!".. Really? Someone cant sell a used item from the price they go for new. At most their going to be able to sell it for half or as much as 3/4 MAYBE if they are super lucky. THATS why places only offer you $150-$200 on something that you paid $500 for... It just bugs me SO much to see people give pawn shops and stores low ratings because they tried getting the item for a low price... Anyways, now that Im done with my rant Ill conclude my review.

Cristina I can’t not say enough about this place! JD and his wife are so friendly and pleasant. They are fast on repairs and they even redesigned my ring which came out gorgeous!

Alex Bruno Walked in today to have some jewelry appraised. Kash was very welcoming and honest. He warned me against leaving the jewelry since it could take a couple weeks being holiday season. He then cleaned all the jewelry on the house, so I could enjoy a clean look for holidays. Looks like I’ve finally found an honest, reliable local jeweler.

Jeff Pinar This Brighton Store in the Outlet Mall always has some deeply discounted premium jewelry, purses and bags If you are visiting St Augustine, this is a must stop for quality gifts and presents for everyone on your shopping list. Many other outlet stores carry inferior products for their specials, never here. All the sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful Brighton girls! Love this store!
