5 /5 Kristen Danielle: I have always held a deep appreciation for fine jewelry. I often admired my grandmothers simple yet stunning engagement and wedding rings, which she always said would one day be passed to me. Last year, that cherished promise was fulfilled. When I saw the rings, I immediately wanted to wear them and confidently placed my trust in Kathein Jewelers. Their craftsmanship not only met but significantly surpassed my expectations (picture shown below). I am profoundly grateful for their outstanding work. Thank you just doesnt seem to be enough.

5 /5 Janice Rene: I had the most amazing visit to Kathein Jewelers Marco Island today with the Father & Son Ari (Gemologist) not only did I feel welcomed, but the time Ari took to explain some gold pieces of mine and even looked at a ring and told me the history behind this piece, we talked for a while and I felt so at home that they even offered me an amazing cup of coffee..wow. I would highly recommend this family owned store and shall visit again for sure, so glad I found this GEM, regards Janice....05/22/2024

1 /5 Melissa Melvin: They lie, they don’t do the work you request and keep your jeweler for inordinate amounts of time. The large man is a bully and he’s rude and mean. The father doesn’t write anything down so I left my jewelry there for six weeks and absolutely nothing was done and then they hand me. My diamond brings back and say that they aren’t safe to wear because I didn’t request that thing be reset Instead of tightening the prongs. Why would I drop off the jewelry and then pick it up if they weren’t safe to wear. They chitchat so much and all they do is try and make a sale that they don’t pay attention to their repairs and they abbreviate and don’t make thorough notes. Now I have to take my Jewelry somewhere else to make sure they didn’t switch my diamonds out for fakes..

5 /5 Carolyn Housewert: I have repeatedly had nothing but outstanding customer service from Kathein Jewelers! I recently took a ring in to be sized up and the wonderful person who is such an expert took my ring and with a plastic little hammer, worked her magic and sized it without me having to add gold and expense. I asked her what I owed her and she smiled and said, "Nothing!" Where do you go in these days where you arent charged for a wonderful service! Try Kathein! They are the best!

5 /5 Risa Himaras: After having an obnoxious store owner in Naples talk down to me, I was referred here by a friend who recently had a magnificent necklace designed. I was treated so kindly. I went in to purchase a simple chain and asked about other services I will need. Avital and the rest of the people there could not have been more attentive and informative. I left there knowing that I will be bringing all my jewelry needs to them. I have found my place!!!
