Jordan always goes above & beyond to help me with anything I need there; whether its setting my grandmother’s diamond into a beautiful new necklace, fixing my engagement ring (purchased elsewhere, my diamond fell out) into a stunning new (& better) setting, or finding the perfect tennis bracelet, I always feel confident there that I’m getting top-quality pieces at the best prices. With so many jewelry stores in the Miami area and endless options online, I still won’t shop anywhere else but Freddy’s. The care, honesty, and personal attention I receive every time are unmatched. She went above and beyond for us going back and forth from the back going on the ladder multiple times. Answering all our questions and was super knowledgeable about the store. Even recommended similar items when our sizes were not available. Also offered the fitting room. Would 100% shop at this Earthbound again especially if Brelyn was working. Really made the trip and we found a lot of new outfits.

Cojomo I came to this jeweler to get my ring sized and was very pleased with the results. I dropped my ring off and by the very next morning it was ready for pickup! I was worried it would be expensive but it was not at all. Would definitely recommend this jeweler to anyone in the surrounding Pensacola area. 10/10
