From the first conversation over the phone, she not only was informative about products and services but how to get from Titusville to there STRESS FREE!!!! Then meeting her when I came in to get some rings cleaned and polished up and a repair on a necklace. Window shopped while there, left my sparklies and went home. Came back the NEXT morning to pick up our pieces and man did they sparkle and shine. Better than new. In less than 30 minutes, he had my ring sized from a 7 to a 3 1/2 with no loss in the integrity of the gems on the band.
