5 /5 Tatiana Jaacks: Hands down my favorite jeweler in Florida! Went to multiple places looking for help to design my engagement ring and found Diamond Bay Jewelers to be the best fit. Monica and Tiffany made the process seamless and fun! Even when I thought I was being too picky on the size and shape they were incredibly patient and kind showing me multiple options. I felt that they really cared to ensure I got the right diamond and setting for my ring. My now fiancé and I loved my ring so much that we went back to get his wedding band as they had a great selection of men’s rings to try on and we ended up with even better than what he first imagined. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if you want to design a ring and you want to see options and enjoy the process, they are absolutely the kindest souls in the area and my fiancé and I could not be happier with our rings! 5 /5 Erin Magnuson: I highly recommend Diamond Bay Jewelers, they care about their customers and went out of their way to help me fix a tricky piece that nobody else would even try to work on and I genuinely feel so lucky to have found them! It is a very, very nice place, I went in sweaty in workout clothes with a dirty kid (after an outdoor day) and, shout out to George, engaged with my son in such a natural, kind way that it felt like family. They treated us with such easy grace, and welcoming demeanor that my appearance anxiety quickly melted away, I wanted to be friends with those gentlemen! I can genuinely say it was the best experience Ive had. Great people, unprecedented service, pay them a visit if you are looking for the best Jewelers ever.

5 /5 Lena Yezhov: I’ve been to this store twice already for jewelry repairs, and I couldn’t be happier. Even though I have a lifetime warranty on all my jewelry, I prefer to get it fixed here instead of waiting 1–2 months through the manufacturer. Their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of the work is excellent. For me, it’s just so much easier to go this route than deal with the long manufacturing process.
