Melissa Maneri I walked into Dover Jewelry disappointed with prior appraisals on a ring - they were honest, said it was worth a little more they what I was told, and said they would do their best..... 48 hours later and it was sold for double it was appraised for! Ive also had a set of earrings and a different ring fixed (lost diamonds) and it was fixed perfectly, quickly, and affordably. The Dover Team was welcoming, communicative, and knowledgeable every time Ive come to them. They have exquisite taste and you can tell by their inventory (and the team :-). Shane, Ally, & Paola, thank you for all your help - I will be back and continue to refer friends and colleagues!

wayne norris I cannot speak for it about any of these other reviews. I came into a bind and took some gold to sell. The price was fair and it was an easy transaction with cash in hand. I decided to work out a consignment deal WITH A HANDSHAKE on 2 other watches I had. After a month, neither watch had sold so I went to pick one up. I received that watch with zero issues and it was right in the case. The second watch I was told was at his jewelry maker getting a battery (common for stores not to be able to replace batteries on higher end pieces on the spot) and told me to give him a week. I have him the week and when I called he said a guy came in and out it in layaway. He asked for another week or so to get the payment and he’d would give me our agreed upon amount. Unfortunately, 2 days later, we all went on a stay at home order. Alex asked me to hold off until it was over and I very hesitantly did. Come time for the order to be lifted I called and Alex told me I could pick the money up Thursday. I tried to call on Wednesday to confirm and he did not answer. I spoke to his sister and I grew even more skeptical. She asked me to call the following day as he was gone for the day and reassured me I wasn’t be taken for a ride. Come Thursday I called and Alex was with customers. His sister once again spoke to me and told me to come in on Friday and she would see to it the Money was there and waiting. I went in today (Friday ) and sure enough, they were extremely polite (regardless of my skepticism) and there was an envelope with the cash in it waiting on me. I can say I now know Alex was just busy and not playing games. I will be returning with a few more time pieces I wouldn’t mind displaying for sale. As for the phone, number , his cell phone is what is listed on google. Be sure to get a business card and the store number is in it.

Joseph Amendola I went to see Gus for the first time . I usually bring my watches to the manufacture service center such as Rolex etc. Gus serviced my Day date . I received the watch within 10 days and picked up watch yesterday. Watch runs perfectly he changed the acrylic and I could say that Gus will have my business moving forward .Great job Gus ! Thank you !

Jeremy Lasson First time I came to get my necklace and bracelet soldered. Then I tried cleaning them myself. Huge fail. Brought to J and H and they look brand new clean. Highly recommend for your jewelry buying and cleaning needs.

The jewelry is fabulous and Hayley is the absolute best...I love working with her on my collection and I wouldnt be a customer if it wasnt for Hayley and her breath is knowledge about each piece and the wonderful store atmosphere she creates for me and my friends!
