From the moment you walk in, you feel a family atmosphere, the service is very friendly, and they explain everything patiently and without rushing you. They have great prices and a wide selection, especially in 10k and 14k Cuban chains, in all styles and fabrics. You can tell they care about helping, not just selling, and thats worth a lot these days. If youre looking to invest in gold or just want something beautiful and high-quality, this is a great place. I felt right at home, 100% recommended.

Sapp Michael (MikePlaysIt) The only pawn shop I would ever go to. Everywhere else you will simply encounter the typical abrasive "pawn shop guy", but not here. They are actually extremely respectful, and if you cant come to a price that you both agree on they dont act as if you just kicked sand in their face. The owner and the workers are also really great people and they have good morals, unlike some that you come across in pawn shops....And just a bit of extra information, and what some people dont ever seem to understand, when you operate a business that essentially buys products to resell them (if necessary in the case of pawns), you CANT go offering a "great" buy price on an item right up front. You always make the lowest offer and work from there. Not to mention its not as if when you sell them your item, the second you walk out the door they are able to sell it off to someone else and be done with it. They have to have room for it or they have to display it, they turn into the salesman and it could be the longest time until it gets sold again, if ever. Not to mention some people just think that their items have WAY more value than they do. "I payed 500 for such and such new! Why cant you give me 400?!".. Really? Someone cant sell a used item from the price they go for new. At most their going to be able to sell it for half or as much as 3/4 MAYBE if they are super lucky. THATS why places only offer you $150-$200 on something that you paid $500 for... It just bugs me SO much to see people give pawn shops and stores low ratings because they tried getting the item for a low price... Anyways, now that Im done with my rant Ill conclude my review.

I had a vision for a custom engagement ring and been trying to create it with an another local shop, but we were very discouraged by experienced high pressure sales tactics, lack of pricing transparency, limited selection of stones, etc. The positive difference at Harby Jewelers was noticeable from the very moment I stepped in the door. Brad was so easy to work with - friendly and comfortable communication, efficiency, and pricing transparency with no high pressure sales tactics. He helped me narrow down my preferences regarding stone color, and sourced five different stones for me to choose from. We were able to make adjustments on CADs over text to create the perfect ring together. The entire process was seamless with no extra pressure, and the ring turned out so beautiful!!! A Jones Jaleen is amazing, very friendly and easy to approach. Top notch customer service and product knowledge. I came into the store and was immediately assisted. I had pics and a general idea of what I wanted to buy and she immediately knew the location of every item in the stores inventory, saved me so much time as I normally just wander aimlessly thru the store, get frustrated, and dont buy anything. Jaleen not only assisted me with finding, picking, and purchasing the perfect Valentines Day gift for my friend, she also introduced me to the engraving and boxing service I previously did not know existed. I usually decline up services but her sales pitch was perfect and made so much sense I would have been a fool to decline. Jaleen saved me so much time and was such a breathe of fresh air that I telling all of my family and friends to shop at this location. Thank you Jaleen and the management staff that obviously encourages her to provide such wonderful customer service.

They helped me pick out the perfect diamond and design an anniversary ring that was beyond expectations. My wife is over the moon. They made the process fun and informative and in the end it cost way less than at the mall stores or even at the best known online stores like Blue Nile. Ann Shea The 5-star reviews held true! Glad I found this watch place for watch batteries. Their prices are really kind to the consumer...I paid the same as Ive paid for watch batteries 10 years ago. While Benny popped in a new battery I had a nice chat with his amiable wife Rosie. Theres lots besides watches to window shop if you want to get something different for your jewelry collection or as a gift as well.
