I called in, and spoke “Sandra” ! I sent her the watches I was looking for. After talking to her over the phone, I went to the store. She was very nice & educated me on the brand of Rolex, told me which Rolex’s collectors look for, how to adjust the time, date & even let me wear a few watches. I came in to switch out my defective item before the years warranty was up and she gave me such a hard time on such a easy fix. The other associates in the store were sweet but She needs a total evaluation. I will not be coming back here! It has changed completely over the last year and not in a good way!
