Sorrell Kadee “KD” Could not have asked for a better experience! The amazing staff assisted with a repair I needed done to a ring of mine. In less that a week it was ready for pick up! Not only do they repair but they also have stunning and unique pieces of jewelry that is like no other Ive seen. Hands down my favorite jewelers! I cant wait to visit again but this time to find a new piece for my collection!!!

Darryelle Wingate Associate lead Michelle was very rude & not welcoming at all! She also ignored me when I asked her questions. I came in to switch out my defective item before the years warranty was up and she gave me such a hard time on such a easy fix. The other associates in the store were sweet but She needs a total evaluation. I will not be coming back here! It has changed completely over the last year and not in a good way!

On top of that, she helped create a custom ring for my daughter using my grandmother’s wedding band, incorporating my daughter’s birthstone into the design. The result was breathtaking. Craig Barber I had 5 rings made for a Marine Corps reunion, mine came in just a bit too tight. I found this store by accident, and have to say the staff, and the jeweler, are top notch. They took the time to get a proper size, and assured me it could be done quickly. I asked if it could be done faster than that, bottom line- they had my ring for less than 12 hrs and 8 of those were because the store was closed…. The ring fits perfectly, and they will take care of my brothers just as fast should their rings not fit right either. Thank You Stars Jewelers, and Jamal for the immediate work.

Not only did Marat do an incredible job replacing the stones, but he also polished the ring to perfection, leaving it looking absolutely brand new. The owner couldnt have been more helpful and friendly, Not only did I find what I wanted right away, they fitted and adjusted the ring for me, and put it in a beautiful box for gifting to my girl..
