Store Manager Marcie was wonderful to work with. Professional, friendly, and really made the process easy. I’ve purchased all my jewelry for myself or as gifts from this location because their selection is fantastic, and they always have great promotions and discounts. Highly recommend!

Tufi Brigadorski I had the pleasure of meeting with Daniel for the first time today, and, I was immediately impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, friendliness, and business acumen. It cannot be overstated, nobody offers a better deal, nobody! Firstly, although I initially missed him by phone call, he sent me a text message to let me know that he had missed my call and looked forward to connecting with me. No other jewelry business I have worked with has gone this extra step to make my inquiry feel this valuable. When I arrived to his office, I instantly felt that I was in the presence of a sincere and trustworthy businessman. He greeted me and confirmed our appointment, then invited me in. The office space is adorned with tasteful art, my favorite pieces being the peacock ornaments and the statue of the Greek goddess (Athena?) When I sat down with him, he spoke to me as if I were a friend, he explained to me certain things about the business that I never heard before, which strengthened my understanding of why some other jewelers conducted themselves the way that they did. Needless to say, Daniel went above and beyond to distinguish my experience from the others, and, it cannot be overstated - his deals *will not* be beaten. He accepted my initial proposal, which, honestly, stunned me a bit, since no other jeweler in my area came close! Orlando Estate Buyer, Inc. should be the *only* jewelry store that anybody in Florida conducts business with. Daniel, you have secured a new friend and customer for life. Thank you!

Tanya Arora Highly recommend! I dropped off my engagement ring to be resized just over a size smaller, and it was ready for pickup the very next day. Everyone was incredibly pleasant to work with. They even offered to give me back the gold they removed from the ring, such a thoughtful gesture. I gave it back as a tiny thank-you for getting the job done so quickly and beautifully.

David P "Uneducated" per Rhonda, one of the owners... My wife (who is very educated by the way) and I visited their booth last Friday, at Safety Harbors 3rd Friday and she was interested in a few of their silver charms. One in particular was a rather large leopard but my wife didnt like the chain. We then asked Rhonda if we could try it on my wifes chain. Rhonda proceeded to add it and my wife decided it was a little to big so again, she asked Rhonda to remove it. Well...my wifes chain then broke at the clasp. 1st word out of Rhondas mouth was that was a cheap chain and no way was it silver. No apology for breaking the chain, no sympathy - really?. Anyways my wife ended up buying another charm and we left. My wife later emailed Rhonda that she was upset and cant believe they did nothing and offered no apology. To top that off, Rhonda ended up calling my wife as a follow-up to the email and proceeded to argue about the chain and stated that she (my wife) is "uneducated" since she did not work in the jewelry trade industry. Well....we are not 10 years old and definitely aware of different grades of silver, platings etc... Granted it wasnt an expensive chain and its not the point, just horrible customer service. Never again buying from this vendor

The pricing was extremely fair and quality top notch. My rings came in earlier than expected, fit perfectly and are stunning! Zoe Freeman Kat the store manager took care of me when I came in. She was very kind, helpful, and patient with me the whole time I was there. She took the time to show me everything I wanted to see and even showed me new things I hadn’t noticed originally.
