Kristen I have only ever done business (though I have been in many other jewelry stores) with Steve once we moved to Florida. He and his staff are hands down the best in the business. They are always welcoming and pleased to see me. It’s definitely a family vibe. I love that they have unique pieces, both new and estate. I’ve had pieces repaired, jewelry cleaned, and appraisals done, in addition to purchasing new pieces.I have recommended him to family members who have also done repeat business with them. Stop in and check them out for yourself!

I recently had diamonds replaced in jewelry and the clarity of the replacements was impeccable. I buy jewelry often and don’t purchase without having things tested. Nothing I have ever gotten from here has been fake. They always clean my jewelry and I leave sparkling.

Had quite a few pieces of gold & silver, and Mollie took the time to let me know what I would possibly get more $ from selling on an online platform than she could offer. Mollie is an asset to the industry & downtown Daytona business community. Regarding negative reviews re. supposed no-shows: you choose a time from their online calendar, then receive email & text acknowledgment of your request which lets you know your request is being reviewed and to wait for confirmation of appointment. This is a by-appointment process. People leaving bad reviews may not have provided valid contact information which is on them, not the business.
