However, I am beyond appreciative of the amazing customer service as well as the gorgeous jewelry. Recently I had a ring that lost a stone and they were willing without hesitation to redesign the ring without additional charge to me. Kathy just wants the customer to be happy. Over the years (3 solid gold necklaces from 10-18k , two Solid gold bracelets with one having white gold Intertwined within it & Two custom-made gold pendants, one boxing glove And one with the engravings of Philippians, 4:13 were purchased out of this location. Altogether, I’d say there was close to $10,000 -12,000 spent if not more. I will not buy gold from any other location. They always treat me like they’ve known me all my life. They are very fair on price. They’re very respectable. I can’t say enough about this business. If you want great gold, which is quality gold in my opinion Look no further than this location. I’d say you get what you pay for, but I can’t put a price on the hospitality they have given our family! I love these wonderful people. Stop in today if you’re in the market. We will surely be back! Hayley Ricci I had an amazing experience at Pandora! I worked with Cynthia and she went above and beyond to assist my mom and I. I needed a smaller bracelet due to weight loss, so she measured my current bracelet and helped me choose one that fits better. She also informed me not to put all my charms on at once to prevent the bracelet from snapping - I didn’t know that! She suggested I wait a week or so for it to break in. My mom and I wanted specific summer charms that weren’t on the tray, so she searched the store and found the exact ones we wanted. She also helped me with finding a beautiful new ring! Overall I had a lovely experience - I will definitely be returning.

clifton quiggins Stopped by the Pensacola,Cordova Mall location to have my necklaces cleaned. Decided to look at upgrading my charm. I found one I liked so I decided to get it. Mrs. Edna let me know about using my old charm ( also purchased their) as an upgrade. They gave me exactly what I paid for that charm 3 years ago in credit towards the new one.
