5 /5 debbie saft: I have been a customer for many years. Ivan jewelry has designed several beautiful pieces of jewelry for me. However, I am beyond appreciative of the amazing customer service as well as the gorgeous jewelry. Recently I had a ring that lost a stone and they were willing without hesitation to redesign the ring without additional charge to me. Kathy just wants the customer to be happy. It’s hard to find a store in Boca that exceeds my expectations every time I do business with them. Thank you. I highly recommend this family owned store.

5 /5 Randi Grunstein: My mom had been waiting to buy herself a pair of earrings at Ivan and Son. She wanted to have me go with her. I planned a trip to Florida Father’s Day and her bday. The week before she fell and broke her hip. Ugh. I told my dad about them and we decided to surprise her w them. Called the store and they immediately knew the earring but they had been sold. No problem! They would make her a new pair. This was Wednesday. I was going to be there Friday through Sunday. Again nothing to worry about. They were ready Saturday morning and STUNNING! My mom was overjoyed and cannot wait to wear them when she is home from rehab. The folks and Ivan and Co are amazing and made something really special happen. I cannot thank them enough. And Scarlet is just icing on the cake!

5 /5 Ginene Mattone: Was searching for a jeweler to polish a mens gold ring of my father’s that I wanted to give to my son for our high school graduation. Went to jewelry repair in the town center mall and they told me it would be $65. I thought that was high and decided to look elsewhere.. Had a stop at Regency Plaza in Boca Raton and came across Ivan and Company. I walked in and was greeted by lovely staff members.. they were touched by my sentiment. The owner took the ring and polished it up beautifully. At the end, I asked him how much and they said no charge. They thought the fact that I was gifting my son his grandfather‘s rang was such a lovely gesture, and they were honored to have polished up the ring for me. I was so touched I said least I can do is give you a five star review. I would highly recommend this jewelry store to anybody in looking. They seem genuinely good and like honest and trustworthy people. I will definitely go back in the future for any jewelry needs, I may have.

5 /5 A BCDE: I have been to the store a few times, even if you enter just to browse, you will be treated like family, they have fixed a couple of things for me and they are making an earring too. The energy of the lady that I assume owns the store is just beautiful, they have 2 tiny cute dogs that come to greet the guests too. They have beautiful jewelry pieces. You will feel their love and their warmth, if you buy $100 or if you buy tens of thousands of dollars you will be treated like royalty! Kudos for them, for caring about their customers and taking care of them! Patrick S.

5 /5 Joanna Horowitz: I love this store. Everyone who works there treats you like family. Their prices are fair, jewelry is exquisite their repairs are expert- level. They have resized and repaired several of my pieces handed down to me from relatives and they all look like new. Highly recommend for all of your jewelry needs!
