Sami Vila Went there a couple weeks ago with a friend of mine and we stopped in to check out their Labubu selection. Mike was very courteous and welcoming, giving us both a firm handshake upon entering and exiting. They also have a large selection of gold, silver, and jewelry products. Will absolutely be returning.

Mike Connelly Underwoods is a fantastic place to do business. I asked Gretchen Anderson for help in designing an anniversary ring for my wife that included very modest family stones passed down and she did an amazing job. To be clear this was not a big high dollar project but a very modest piece. She was so helpful and it turned out perfect! I have bought several pieces there and am happy to call Underwoods our family jeweler.

J Win “Rose” Hong was absolutely phenomenal! Her customer service was impeccable, and she maintained a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. She was so personable and sweet, making the whole experience enjoyable. I initially came in just to browse, but her genuine, no-pressure approach and fun demeanor made me want to stay and shop. Unlike my experiences at two other jewelers, Rose took the time to really listen and give me her full attention. Amy Grossman I stopped in to get my bracelet repaired and was so happy with my experience! They quickly fixed it while I waited. Plus they cleaned it and checked it out too, making sure the diamonds/settings were strong. I thought I’d have to go back in a few weeks to pick it up, so I was pleasantly surprised I could get it so fast. The price was also much lower than I expected, so reasonable! I will definitely go back again for all my jewelry needs.

love music Halsall Padilla My grandmother and mother shop at this jewelry store. I definitely became a customer to Ms. Santa’s shop. They have various selection of items they even do custom designs as well. They do have lay away plans available and are very convenient. Ms. Santa and her daughter are so sweet, kind, and are very knowledgeable about jewelry. And her husband and son are great at fixing any item that needs repairing. I broke my gold chain about 10 times last year and they were always patient with my crazy ass. But what I love about their jewelry selection is that I found some unique pieces that I have not seen anywhere else. I just finished purchasing my dream ring!!! It’s so cute and fancy.
