I walked in feeling overwhelmed and stressed after being told by multiple jewelers that replacing my uniquely cut heart-shaped diamond could take weeks-to months, if they could even find one at all. Kimberly not only listened carefully to what I was looking for, but she delivered exactly what I needed in under a week. Her knowledge, patience, and transparency as a GIA specialist made the entire experience feel easy and reassuring. 5 /5 Tory Dunne: My favorite Jewelry store for over 20 years!!! All my jewelry and my 2 sister’s jewelry over the years is from Walden Jewelers. My husband bought my diamond engagement ring from Walden Jewelers almost 18 years ago! I am very active and rough with my jewelry… my rings were completely bent out of shape and dirty… Walden Jewelers (as always) buffed them out and restored them to perfection inside of 24 hours… they look just like the day my husband picked them out!! Can’t say enough about the amazing owner Jason Walden and his long time staff that has been there forever!!! My fav trustworthy Jewelry store!!! Great prices, great service, great diamonds and jewelry, great people!!

5 /5 Danny: Arelia really went above and beyond in helping us select our engagement set. After choosing the engagement ring and stone, we found out that the diamond was too big for the setting. Arelia was able to find the perfect diamond, even better quality than the first choice, in another ring. She had the jeweler set it the next day, just in time for our engagement plans. Its a stunning ring and we are very happy with the results and service. Thank you Arelia and Walden Jewelers!

5 /5 Chanelle Peterson: A few weeks ago, I was in urgent need of repairs to my engagement ring. I submitted an evening request online for a quote and received an almost immediate response advising that I could stop in during business hours for a free evaluation and estimate. Upon arrival, I was met with very welcoming staff who completed a very thorough analysis of the repairs needed to my ring. When advised of the cost of repairs (including one I hadn’t noticed myself and am grateful they found), I was shocked and very pleased at the cost! I was told it would take about a week to have my ring repaired and available to pick up and was happy to be able to pick it up within just a couple of days. My ring has never looked better after the repairs and cleaning. I am very pleased with the service and look forward to having another reason to visit! Hopefully to shop and not for a repair (but if necessary, of course).

Jason the owner was very accommodating in creating a custom ring for me just how I liked within an insanely tight time frame. The store is beautiful and my fiance was speechless.
