Katrina Slater I had an amazing experience at Shalimar! My son’s necklace had a broken clasp, and I brought it in to see if they could fix it. Not only did they repair it quickly, but they also refused to charge me for it! Their kindness and generosity truly made my day. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly care about their customers. Neal and Neal’s father were both a huge help! I’ll definitely be coming back for any future jewelry needs. Highly recommend!

Milkshake I guess no one know what they talk in the store. I called for return and asked if I need a physical card or not. The lady said You DON’T need it. just talked about 30 days policy. When i go there, the manager said you need the card. I mentioned the phone call. This is what all of them told me; You did not talk to me. Okay so who I talked to??? a ghost or what?? Pandora just sucks

A plethora of choices from jewelry, trinkets, cards, & clothing with such a welcoming atmosphere. Love to see the support of all the small businesses within Duddingtons. The staff is also very kind and welcoming. It’s a great idea to pop in!

When we are way over budget they are quick to help us with the financing and making sure we take home our jewels same day. Joanna U They did an amazing job fixing my wedding band that was previously re sized at another gable’s jeweller which left me with blisters. I was so impressed with the way they managed to fix this. I also had my engagement ring re sized there which was done perfectly. The customer service is wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be purchasing all my jewellery from them going forward.
