Took my five month old baby and it was such great service they even have a video stand to entertain baby during the process and they pierce both ears at a time, even give a cute little plushie at the end my baby loved it and loved the owner/worker her energy was beautiful! From the first conversation over the phone, she not only was informative about products and services but how to get from Titusville to there STRESS FREE!!!! Then meeting her when I came in to get some rings cleaned and polished up and a repair on a necklace. Window shopped while there, left my sparklies and went home. Came back the NEXT morning to pick up our pieces and man did they sparkle and shine. Better than new.
