They were patient with me while designing a family heirloom to pass down for generations to come. Quality craftsmanship! They kept me update through the phases of the jewelry making process! 5 /5 F D “Strive4success”: If you are looking for that special piece of jewelry for that special occasion, then I would recommend Dinkins! The owner Kenny was so awesome to work with us. They are professional, personal and will customize what you are looking for. I originally had a ring already purchased somewhere else that my wife loved. My wife and I went out there to bring her grandmothers wedding set out that was missing a diamond for them to see what they could do to help us out. Kenny took the time to look at it under a scope and told us more about the ring set. A platinum band that had the year 1959 with her grandmother and grandfather initials. Completely touched our hearts. While we were there I said to my wife why don’t you look at what they have for new rings here. So she did and fell in love with one that his dad had made from his store. Kenny and I exchanged numbers so I could speak with him about the ring without her knowing. On his day off he answered a few text messages. I knew then this was the place I wanted to deal with. So that week I purchased the ring and took the other one back that I had purchased/ on layaway. I had a feeling that this would happen and she would find something else. We just celebrated our 25th year along with our vow renewal and wow that ring looks so amazing on her hand. She loves it so much. Kenny to you and your staff there thank you for going out of your way to work with me. You passion to help people shows. 1 /5 Renee Brantly: The communication was awful what I wanted I did not receive. I wanted a double road diamond I had all the diamonds it could’ve been done. I got a single row of diamonds and it was in yellow gold not white gold as I had specified so the communication is awful have it all in writing before you leave I’m highly dissatisfied. I will go to Jacksonville next time. It would be worth a drive.

1 /5 Roger Raulerson: Absolute nightmare dealing with this place. Please don’t go Dinkins Family Jewelry or ever trust their word. My wife and myself decided around September of last year to have some family jewelry repurposed to allow myself to have a new charm and my wife, daughters and nieces to get a ring from our family gold. We were promised by Mr. Dinkins and His wife that because we were so early before Christmas that we would definitely have it in a couple of months. Ok so I call in December and I’m informed that nothing has been finished but the Christmas present wasn’t even started. Totally ruined my Christmas but they apologized and promised me it would be done in a month. Two months later I go by and they still haven’t even started my Christmas gift or finished the rings. About a month later they finished the rings but not my Christmas gift and Mrs. Dinkins attempted to tell me they never promised me anything before Christmas and that her husband was very depressed and didn’t feel like working on my things. So I waited another month and called to check on my then 7 month late Christmas gift and was told that Mr. Dinkins was only working on things that he had to and still had not finished my item. I told her to please not tell me that my things aren’t important and I’ve been waiting over 7 months of which she replied that I haven’t and then to top off everything Mr. Dinkins told me that I crossed the line and to come get my gold back. So I say again never trust these people!
