1 /5 Westminster Edouard: I was charged $200 for an extra link for my bracelet. Instead of actually adding the link, they worked the last link to lengthen it. Furthermore, they had to refund me $300 that was charged on my card as tip.

1 /5 Devin Cronin: I went in to ask if they could add a single link to an earring chain because it was just slightly too short for me. He said that he could do it for 50 dollars. The price seemed extremely high so I asked why and he said he needed to use real gold. I informed him that my jewelry was silver plated, not solid, to which he said he would do it for 40 then. You would think that the workers at a place that sells jewelry worth thousands of dollars would know the difference between real and plated gold. I didnt go with his business because 40 dollars seemed excessive for one tiny link, and I went across the parking lot instead and was quoted 18 dollars and 45 mins. The guy at this place quoted me 3hrs. I do NOT recommend, they will scam you here.

1 /5 Tsunamis Vibe: Bought a 2500 diamond charm it broke in 6 months, brought it back to get fixed and they didn’t even fix to the original state and charged me over 60$ Just to argue with me cause the piece came back not fixed to the original state. After multiple exchange of words they finally fixed it properly but they tried to make me pay for something that wasn’t accurate until I mentioned it. They argue with you, don’t communicate, and terrible customer service
