It was extremely fast, and I didnt have to wait or drop it off and come back later. This was a great local, family owned business. I highly recommend this business for your next jewelry purchase. He also said they do custom work for one of a kind piece you want for yourself or your partner.

He designed a beautiful and extremely unique engagement/wedding ring combination using my fiancés favorite stone, and he was communicative and very patient with me throughout the entire process. It was a design using a stone he hadnt worked with before, but he was keen to take on the challenge, and my fiancé adored it. 5 /5 Grace: Impressed by how quick and beautifully Hayes Jewelry was able to resize my engagement ring! The woman who helped me was very considerate and took the time to measure my ring and finger multiple times to ensure we picked the best size to go down to. She also gave me recommendations on a wedding band, which I appreciated because I haven’t put much thought into it at all yet. I’m very impressed that my ring was ready the next day! I was expecting those ring sizing beads to be placed on it, but I didn’t realize that they use laser so the change in the band is seamless and almost imperceptible. It’s beautiful and fits perfectly. We are so happy that we chose to work with them locally, rather than shipping the ring back to the retailer it was purchased from. Thank you so much!
