Taylor Menne I brought my Papa’s watch in after finding it clearing out my Mimi’s house after she passed earlier this year. I was very close with my Papa and thought it would be so special to have his watch in working order again so I could wear it for myself. There was some wear/erosion from him wearing it often. Boggs brought it back to life! From start to finish the whole experience was so nice. Laura was the sweetest and most gentle in understanding how special this piece was to me. I can’t thank Laura and the watch repair specialist (sorry I didn’t get his name!) enough for taking such delicate care of my Papa’s watch and restoring it so I can wear it in his memory. Christopher Michie My wifes engagement ring had a couple of prongs on the diamond that were broken, prompting her to quit wearing it. I took it to a jewler close to where we live to get it fixed, and when we got it back, it honestly looked like I could have done better myself. I found goldsmith after a little searching, and although its a bit of a drive, I decided to give it a try to fix the ring correctly. I am so glad I did. What an incredible difference. The ring looks as good as the day I bought it some 34 years ago. Not only was the setting fixed correctly, but the ring was cleaned and polished to look brand new. I would not hesitate to have anything done here. Very friendly and knowledgeable and does great work. Ill admit it was a little more expensive than the first one who tried, but like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. For the quality of work done, the price was very reasonable to save and restore my wifes ring. It now happily resides on her finger again, and she is thrilled.

Luanne Hemann Wesley The staff is amazing. This jeweler replaces watch batteries fast and are very reasonable in repairing jewelry. They communicate well when your repair or purchase is ready. These are “2” items they fixed the bands on and replaced the batteries.
