1 /5 Madicin Marquez: The attitude overall ruined the entire experience when it could’ve been a simple miscommunication.Came to pick up my name plate as a graduation gift from my mom ,vividly remember wanting double plating since the single plate he suggested was too small instead the owner decided to just continue to speak loudly over me in front of 3 groups of customers unfortunately I wasn’t able to even get my point across he just decided to say that we didn’t want to pay the price which we just changed our minds being we didn’t want 2 names plates just one as a business owner it would’ve been kinder to hear my side since I know what I wanted order but he claims to know what I said . Horrible service 400$ for a chain as big as a lottery pencil.

1 /5 Maria Ramos: I ended up changing my mind and only wanted to get my daughters name plate done. She spent her time looking at the book again just to make sure she knew what she wanted which was a double name plate with a single heart in the middle white gold but the name gold. He didn’t want to lose the deal and told us he’d give us a deal for both so we told him we just want one currently he said it was fine , came in to pick it up a a month later being today with my daughter and when she noticed it was oddly small and only one plate we were directed to the owner very kindly before my daughter could even breath the owner began raising his voice saying he knows what he wrote and didn’t write it behind a counter very rude and unprofessional to tell the entire store we didn’t wanna pay but yet we put a deposit down we just wanted to know what can we do about it and he told us that if it breaks it’s our fault . So disappointed

1 /5 Jerry Bubbl: Crazy experience.. walked in to look for something for my wife and watch a young girl get humiliated about not paying a price the man was practically hovering over her not even letting her speak on what she wanted . Walked out I have two daughters I wouldn’t ever let no one talk to anyone’s kid like that or mine . Where’s the owner ???

4 /5 Santos Jomar: Although they feel over priced and thin gold and hardly able to fix they own gold, they have been true to what they sell and havent had an issue. Tested theyre gold and its good jewelry as of now. Bravo boys thank you for the nice treatment, respect and love even when Im just passing by. You acknowledge your customers and that values when you stand by your business

1 /5 Coleen: Me and my sister walked in just to look around and we watched a young girl get yelled at by a man about it paying the price we got scared and just left. The girl didn’t say much he wouldn’t let her . It was a weird experience.
