Jessica Danley Walking into Gregory’s always makes you feel like family. I love that they keep old jewelry casting traditions alive and you can tell Frank really loves talking about those details. He spent time with my husband picking out my engagement ring and helping him find a wedding gift for me. Every time I go in there, I bring all my nice jewelry and they’re happy to clean and check it all. Getting stones replaced there is so easy and simple too. Amy I went in here about 2 weeks ago and wanted to leave a review. The place was very nice and clean and the gentleman that was working was incredibly friendly and kind. I brought in a sentimental necklace that I always wear that was broke. He fixed it for me at no charge. I offered to pay but he kindly declined. I have already recommended this establishment to my family and friends and will definitely be back to shop and to have any batteries replaced in our watches or jewelry repaired. I highly recommend! She used to be my mother-in-law and I would never say a bad word about her. Even though she isnt related to me anymore, I can still say she is a kind, honest, Christ-like lady and I recommend highly that you shop with her instead of going to the big chain stores! He was extremely patient when my molds kept failing, and during our first fitting, he took the time to make sure we were completely happy with the fit and look. He also kept us updated every step of the way — we had an upcoming trip, and he went out of his way to ensure we received our grillz in time. A+ customer service!
