5 /5 Bryan Creel: I wanted to get my wife a ring for our 30th wedding anniversary coming up this year. We came to Spath and Stephanie was so helpful. She spent time with us to make sure my wife found the ring that was the right fit for her finger and helped customize the number of stones for her small hand. She also pointed out some considerations we hadnt thought about which was very helpful. Stephanie really made it a great experience and we were so excited to pick up the ring. It did not disappoint! We got it yesterday and it is beautiful. Its just like what she designed for us. We also picked up the care plan because it sounded like a great deal. Ill be honest, we considered buying a ring from Amazon, but Im so glad we came here instead!

5 /5 Leah Sadler: Went to Spath Jewelers for a repair on a ring that was a gift from my parents 41 years ago. All the ladies greeted me with a warm welcome! Sara Cooper helped me. She accessed the damage to the ring and explained the repair process and the expected timeline for the repair. While browsing the jewelry I asked if she had a band that would match my wedding/engagement ring. She showed me several and I chose one that compliments my own ring perfectly! Spath Jewelers has a comfortable hometown feel that can definitely compete with any big town jewelry store. I have a feeling that Sara makes everyone feel just as welcome as she did me! She helped me out with my scheme to secretly fix my granddad’s broken ring as a surprise, including helping me convince him to try on rings “just for fun!” in a ruse to get his size. Throughout the repair process, I felt that Kayla was very mindful of protecting the ring given its sentimental value. She was very transparent about the repair process and its pricing, including discussing the possible issues that could come up and making sure I was aware of potential changes to pricing should those occur. She also assured me that they would wait for my approval before doing any work that would increase the cost. In the end, the technician was able to repair the ring with no issues! I can’t even see any indication that the ring was ever broken. Plus, the repair was finished earlier than expected. I can see why my grandma went here for so many years!

We visited several places and just did not feel like we were getting the best service or quality. On our very first visit to Spath Jewelers we knew that this was where we wanted to make the dream a reality. Sara went above and beyond to give us the best experience. They showed me several different items They do not push on any particular item, Allow me to look and consider all my options. All the pieces of jewelry were beautiful and well crafted.
