I have had a necklace custom made to include my mother’s diamond and it is amazing, I wear it daily. My husband and I both have our Rolex watches serviced by the master watch maker on staff. Recently my husbands watch started keeping irregular time and we took it in and neither Sandy or the watchmaker would quit until they had figured out the problem! Lisa Armstrong Every associate is top notch. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. My engagement ring and two wedding bands were purchased at this store. And I am definitely going to be a lifelong customer for any future purchases. The only downside, I wish they had an in-store shop for repairs. I have issues with my ring finger knuckle and its been a process trying to get the sizing right. And having to part with my rings for 10-14 days. No fault of the associates! I just think there is definitely a need for repairs to be done locally at the store.
