Alkire Joey “justjoey” Where do I start after a decade of purchases. Dan Friedrich and his team of staff at Zales. Have been absolutely outstanding in building our collection over the decade. Have we purchased elsewhere, yes. Has our experience been comparable, not even close. Never once have we had an issue. Prices have always been fair, service care and warranty have been top shelf. If Dan isn’t there, his selection in his staff is just as good as the next piece for your collection. Keep up the great work. We are life-timers.

Kendra Johns This store is lovely and clean and Ive purchased items from here before and been very satisfied, but this post is a special mention to Hannah Grace (I hope I remembered her name correctly), who saved me from having a lost teen two weeks ago. My daughter and I switched phones and then parted ways so I could take her brother on a ride she wasnt interested in and after doing so I realized I didnt know her phone code and couldnt unlock it to be able to find her in the park afterwards. All I knew was that it was a number affiliated with her favourite book that was repeated by the main character throughout the series. Desperately I approached Hannah and told her my weird problem and she sprang into action, going to the back for a moment so she could search for the number repeated in the book series I mentioned and boom, we got into my daughters phone so I could reach out to her before panic and chaos ensued. Ill be forever grateful to Hannah for being so professional, so courteous and so kind to go out of her way to help me with something so unconventional.

Christopher Michie My wifes engagement ring had a couple of prongs on the diamond that were broken, prompting her to quit wearing it. I took it to a jewler close to where we live to get it fixed, and when we got it back, it honestly looked like I could have done better myself. I found goldsmith after a little searching, and although its a bit of a drive, I decided to give it a try to fix the ring correctly. I am so glad I did. What an incredible difference. The ring looks as good as the day I bought it some 34 years ago. Not only was the setting fixed correctly, but the ring was cleaned and polished to look brand new. I would not hesitate to have anything done here. Very friendly and knowledgeable and does great work. Ill admit it was a little more expensive than the first one who tried, but like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. For the quality of work done, the price was very reasonable to save and restore my wifes ring. It now happily resides on her finger again, and she is thrilled.

Carla was knowledgeable, fair, and comforting during a very difficult time in my life. Many times businesses fail to realize that parting with items isnt always easy. Kristy My husband I werent looking to buy a ring or upgrade my current one. As a joke I wanted to stop in and see their clearance jewelry because I love a good sale. The sales associate Ileane was so great! She showed us ring styles that I liked but my husband had one picked out quickly. I was stubborn and needed to see multiple ones before going back to my husbands original choice. No pressure from the staff as we left the store then came back 15 minutes later after discussing it. I cant thank Ileane enough for the no pressure and hassle free environment and for making the upgrade to my wedding ring so easy.
