Mary Black I cannot say enough good things about Sam. My partner took me to our first meeting with my grandmother’s gold ring and we told him we wanted to turn it into our engagement / wedding ring. I explained my preferences, likes, and dislikes but I wasn’t really sure exactly what I wanted. He showed me a lot of options and then he designed the first 2 images. The final product is the 3 images below. We are so glad we chose him for such a meaningful and timeless piece. I LOVE my ring. Thank you so much Sam for your kindness work art and skill. Took my five month old baby and it was such great service they even have a video stand to entertain baby during the process and they pierce both ears at a time, even give a cute little plushie at the end my baby loved it and loved the owner/worker her energy was beautiful! Fallon Rios H&Q is such a wonderful jeweler, whether you’re buying something new or restoring something sentimental, they truly go above and beyond. This was my second time visiting, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. I brought in my engagement ring to be resized, which is incredibly special to me as it belonged to my late mother who passed away when I was 10. I’m very sentimental about it, and they treated it with such care and respect. In just two hours, they resized it, polished it, and returned it looking brand new. I’m so grateful for their kindness and craftsmanship. Thank yall so much! I’ll definitely be returning for any other jewelry needs.
