1 /5 Likely Stoned: The customer service sucks! I had a ring made which I loved however he never contacted me to tell me it was finished. I really wish I would have spent all that money with a different jeweler! I tried to have him order other rings and still haven’t heard from him honestly take the time to leave town to find somewhere else, Because this place is slow as molasses and doesn’t respect you, unless you have a certain last name clearly! I’ve been to several jewelry stores since and got what I was looking for in two weeks compared to the 8months it took for this place to get my ring made and then not contact me to even say it’s done!

5 /5 Alaina Oscarson: Had my wedding ring and band brought in to have them brought down a size. Heartland Gold did an incredible job! The soldering job is flawless and the size is perfect. They polished it up and got it looking brand new. I will most definitely be returning for anything I need.
