C M C I am anxiously awaiting a new purchase from Isaac. So far his professionalism, communication and design talent have exceeded my expectations. I will followup on this review once the item is received. The ring arrived earlier than expected and I am blown away at its beauty in person!!! I had it customized with yellow and white gold and added some filigree on the underside. Isaac was very easy to work with and stayed in touch through text messaging the entire time once he began work on my ring. It is truly a work of art!!! I will be back for more.

She definitely is an asset to her boss and to us. This store has a lot to choose from and had lots of sale items.

Richard was an extremely professional individual and I felt he really gave us his fullest attention from when we walked into the store until we left. Ryan Andrade Went here to resize my grandfather‘s gold bracelet. Even though I came in close to closing time, they did it right on the spot and came out to make sure it fit exactly how I wanted before soldering. Not to mention, they charged me half the price of what I was quoted at a major jeweler who also would’ve had to ship it out to be resized, which would’ve taken 2+ weeks. Excellent craftsmanship, unbeatable prices, and phenomenal customer service.

Additionally, when I went to sell some gold pieces, they suggested I repurpose my childhood jewelry into pieces I could wear as an adult. I am so happy to be able to reuse my pieces and have the memories of my childhood as well. They did such a nice job on the repairs. The entire staff was very Friendly and helpful

Took in two watches for repair (one for battery replacement, the other for link removal from band) and both were done on the spot and completed in less than 20 minutes.
