Brie Gwaltney I visited Vincent today and he is absolutely wonderful. I had a locket that holds my dads ashes and the locket wont stay closed. He fixed it right there while I waited. And made sure it would stay closed for me stating he wouldnt want me to lose the ashes and the sentimental things mean alot to him. I was having a difficult day and visiting him today and how very nice he was really reminded me that there are truly nice and caring people out there still. I am so very grateful that I met Vincent and he did this repair for me. His shop is cozy and he makes you feel right at home. I will be back very soon as I have a few more things to fix. She then gave me a jewelry box and arranged the necklace so it won’t get knotted when I send it in the mail. To my surprise she didn’t charge me for the repair or for the box. The craftsmanship is unbelievable, you can see the love that goes into each piece! The communication was great. The Owner and his Niece were super kind and were able to find a band that matched her engagement ring and resize it for us. They even helped resize mine to the correct size on site 10/10 would recommend!

I called him that day and made an appointment to see him the very same day. I could not be more happy with the transaction, the speed in which it was manufactured, the very fair price and the confidence and trust I had in luke. This is a big purchase and you really need to trust the guy you are giving your money to. Rest assured you are in good hands dealing with Luke. He has integrity and he will take care of you.
