Sierra Hadik HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!! I haven’t worn my engagement ring for a year because I was moving furniture at work and caught my big stone on a chair causing it to fall out. Thankfully I had the stone! And a small one missing on the side. It was one of those tasks I kept putting aside. I woke up on my anniversary this year and wanted to get it fixed. I dropped it off at 9:30 am and they were done by 12:30!!!!!! He readjusted my large stone in place, added a small missing stone AND resized it because it was tight all for an amazing price. Such a great family business! Couldn’t recommend more.

From the start, he nailed the stone selection. It hit every mark I was looking for. But the setting is what really blew me away. I’m not sure I ever clearly articulated what I was envisioning, but Kevin understood it anyway. J Win “Rose” Hong was absolutely phenomenal! Her customer service was impeccable, and she maintained a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth. She was so personable and sweet, making the whole experience enjoyable. I initially came in just to browse, but her genuine, no-pressure approach and fun demeanor made me want to stay and shop. Unlike my experiences at two other jewelers, Rose took the time to really listen and give me her full attention. She truly made the difference, and I ended up making a purchase thanks to her outstanding service!

But it was a hefty purchase so I had been putting it off and didnt know if I wanted to spend the money...Well I stumbled into L&Ks at Altamonte Mall the other day and was immediately greeted by Kahn. He was so nice and professional and he was teaching me all about different brands and lo and behold they had the watch I had been looking at. I never felt pressured at all, just informed on watches.
