Mary Osborne We just moved to town recently, and I was nervous about trying a new jeweler. I had a new diamond set into an existing setting, the old diamond set into a pendant, purchased a chain for the pendant and had 2 insurance appraisals done at this retailer. Service and workmanship by far exceeded by expectations! Everything was done in house, and they got it done much quicker than promised! This will be my new go to jewelry store!! Carol Purvis Very personable and professional service! Highly recommend! Paul was very kind and patient with my elderly mother who needed adjustments to her jewelery so it would be easier for her to take necklaces on and off by herself. He gave her several options and helped her find just the right thing. We will be repeat customers for sure! Service like this is really hard to find and we appreciate the work they put in!

Mladen Glisovic Went in to drop off my jewelry for the cleaning, and I was greeted by Bettsy. Usually I go to Aventura mall and take care of that there. Bettsy said it’s gonna take a couple of minutes and offered refreshments while I wait . At Aventura store takes an hours so I highly recommend go to Bal Harbor .

Over the years (3 solid gold necklaces from 10-18k , two Solid gold bracelets with one having white gold Intertwined within it & Two custom-made gold pendants, one boxing glove And one with the engravings of Philippians, 4:13 were purchased out of this location. Altogether, I’d say there was close to $10,000 -12,000 spent if not more. I will not buy gold from any other location. They always treat me like they’ve known me all my life. They are very fair on price. They’re very respectable. I can’t say enough about this business. If you want great gold, which is quality gold in my opinion Look no further than this location. I’d say you get what you pay for, but I can’t put a price on the hospitality they have given our family! I love these wonderful people. Stop in today if you’re in the market. We will surely be back! Thank you again for everything !

Franklin from a friend who was very happy with them. I brought the ring in and the jeweler explained what needed to be done and gave me a very fair price. In 3 days time, my ring was repaired and looked brand new. I wouldnt hesitate to go back. Not only were they knowledgeable, but also very pleasant!
