Ashley Sprague Espling saved me from a custom setting disaster! I had a semi-mount made elsewhere for my loose diamond, and it was too small. Rather than pour extra time & money into it, Ben worked with me to create a custom mount, and it’s absolutely stunning. From start to finish, communication was amazing, and every single staff member is so kind. I will be coming back for ANY future jewelry needs, and I highly recommend them!

Koontz Photography Ive been shopping at ART pool gallery for years even though I live across the state. Marina has made it very easy to shop online and get exactly what I want. Everything comes safely packaged and in a timely manner. I was recently able to visit the shop in person and had a lovely experience. There were so many amazing things to look at, and everyone on the staff was so kind and helpful. The knowledge the ladies at Miriam’s Jewelry has is breath taking. They understood what I needed to have done and what my goal was, keeping the integrity of the 100 year old history of the ring. Before I picked up my engagement ring, I came back and brought my David Yurman ring that had a cracked main stone (should have taken before pictures!) They helped me pick a new stone, gave me price quotes of a few different stones and ultimately was able to replace it with a gorgeous garnet, my birthstone. This DY ring has been sitting in my jewelry box for a few years because I didn’t know who would take on the task of replacing the stone. They made it so effortless. I am so happy with the turn out of both rings and was quoted a reasonable and fair price. I was truly thrilled because I was fixing these rings in a specific budget.
