My husband gave me this ring on our 15th anniversary which symbolized a new beginning in our marriage. 3 years ago I went to the place I purchased it for its annual checkup. They told me that all 5 diamonds were loose and I should not even wear it until I gave them $475 to secure them. In the box it went until we could see spending the extra cash. I picked up an imitation ring to function as my wedding ring. Recently we sensed it was time to get my ring back on my hand and thought it best to find a local private jeweler, The Gold Exchange downtown Mount Dora. When I went to pick it up today, I learned that it just needed a bit of tightening and polishing. The charge?? Here I had not enjoyed my beautiful symbol for 3 years. I was so overjoyed to see my beautiful ring on my finger I broke into tears. The fabulous lady who served us appreciated the meaning and joined me in celebration. We have found our new jeweler!

Took my five month old baby and it was such great service they even have a video stand to entertain baby during the process and they pierce both ears at a time, even give a cute little plushie at the end my baby loved it and loved the owner/worker her energy was beautiful!
