McKinley Charlton After searching several local jewelers to assess and repair the broken hinge on my eye glass frame it was suggested to me that I go by Plantation Jewelers located in downtown Winter garden. Upon doing so, I was greeted by Anne and she took my damaged glasses to Alex (get this, hes a real master jeweler) who not only carefully assessed the issue with my glasses. But, he took the time to show me exactly where the damage had occurred under a large lighted magnifying glass, he explained the steps involved to repair my glasses, how much time it would take and the costs involved. He even offered me "a risk free warrantee" if the work he provided didnt meet my approval. Talk about "OUTSTANDING" customer service. It surely wasnt absent on this day. As a result, I must say, Alex did an "EXCEPTIONAL" job with repairing my glasses. And, it took him much less time than what he had originally estimated. Am I satisfied with the work that Alex did? You darn skippy I am. His expert craftsmanship saved me $$$.$$ from having to buy new glasses. To Alex, Anne and the staff at Plantation Jewelers, Thank you very guys very much. I hope my GBR brings you more customers.

Ramos Jessica “Jluv” Bought daughter new pair of earrings. Love the quality and prices. One of my first choices when looking for affordable jewelry for my daughters as I want something that is stylish, good quality and affordable. I am sure of price is an issue a cheaper place can be found but the quality of the items on always my concern, as I make my purchases with the intent of my daughter keeping them for a long time and that they will last not turn her ear green or become tarnished. Always very pleased. I do not recommend their pill cases though. They are heavy and have beautiful designs but they open too easily and pills tend to fall out. Every thing else has been great. Have key chain, several earrings as well as a ID holder with clip which I always receive compliments on.

Jayne and Paul Richgels Arden’s Fine Jewelry in The Villages did a wonderful job resizing my rings. I am so happy with the results. They knew how to get just the perfect size for me, and they were so friendly and professional. They were fast because they have master jewelers working right there. Don’t hesitate to go there for any of your jewelry needs! These people are fantastic from the moment you walk in the door! We’re so blessed to have them right here in TV. I will be back! Gayle Inbody I took in a 2 carat Marquise diamond that I wanted to have remounted. I met with Frank Reubel, a very nice gentleman who has many years of experience in jewelry design. Marquise diamonds are not easy to remount in a non traditional setting. He designed a ring for me that would hold my diamond. And I have to say it came out amazing. I had looked for a long time to find something that was unique. Their workmanship was fabulous and I am thrilled with my new ring. During the process I spoke with Alex and he did a great job of keeping me informed on the progress. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Nadia Barnini Absolutely love this local shop. Beautiful custom pieces, great prices, and quick with repairs! I showed them a picture of a setting I found online and they were able to recreate it for a fraction of the price. I bring my husband’s chain in frequently and they fix it for me on the spot. Definitely worth stopping in if you are shopping for something new or want to spruce up something old! I sent my friend in for a repair of her wedding band and she was equally as impressed.
