5 /5 Christopher Cronin: Went to provident to pick out a birthday gift for my wife. I explained to Jacob and Dan what she liked, and also gave them my budget of what I was looking to spend. These guys were amazing. They took out several different pieces in my range and placed them in front of me. They gave me the time to make my decision, offering advice along the way. Ultimately I went with a beautiful set of Pearls which my wife loved. These guys are professionals. I will be coming back soon!

5 /5 Marc Winer: So many options on-line to get jewelry. What do you do when you need something special? Well I can tell you that shopping local is still the best. I need a watch worked on and decided to go to a place that has been around for a long time. I understand why? Service. I asked to have a special watch worked on and Dan in the West Palm Beach store worked with me. He was absolutely the best. He was very honest and took care of it while I waited. I have used Provident in the past a few times but this just reminded me that going local is the best. I was so happy I wanted to tip him however he just smiled and said no. Thank you and I recommend anyone to see him.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to assist us with detailed and fair estimates on some of our jewelry pieces, explaining everything clearly and honestly. I was especially impressed that they were able to adjust my Rolex Presidential watch right there on site—quickly and perfectly done. It’s rare to find a store with both such expertise and such attentive customer service. Whether its replacing a watch band, watch battery, repairing any kind of jewelry to include jewelry cleaning - this shop is outstanding.
