1 /5 Steven Meyers: Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at Weston Jewelers in the Hard Rock Casino. I called ahead specifically to inquire about wedding rings, and not once was it mentioned that they no longer carry them at this location. I made a special trip only to find out they had nothing available and that I’d have to visit their main store—which was closed that day. A complete waste of time.
Even more frustrating, we clearly stated that we were dealing with a manufacturer defect on a ring purchased from them, and they still didn’t think to call their main store to confirm anything or offer assistance. For a retailer that positions itself as a high-end jeweler, this level of service is unacceptable. I expected more care, attention, and basic communication. Won’t be returning.

There were multiple calls to the business, and no mention was made of wedding rings being moved to the main location. We didnt go to the main location until the following weekend, when I was off from work, and no messages were passed. How long would you have me wait until the message gets delivered, and I be considered patient? And as I mentioned to your main location, handling shipping isnt even the least you could have done. If thats what you feel is the standard, I am sorry I purchased anything from the business, let alone from this location.
